Strange Noise Under the Hood Help Needed! 07 Mustang GT

Hey Mustang Community Members,

Currently I own a 07 Mustang GT. I love my vehicle and have not had any issues until recently. I realized that one day when I decided to drive without any music on, I noticed a strange sound coming from under the hood. I believe that this noise is not present during a cold start; however, when the vehicle gets warmer, it starts producing a very strange noise. Honestly, I couldn't find any better videos. The whirring sound in the video is what I am concerned about.
