ummm....as in the bottom pulley on the motor?

because that'd be your crankshaft pulley.....and that's not a good thing if it's leaking......

are you absolutely sure it's leaking from there, or could it be leaking from somewhere above it and just dripping down the front of the motor in a hard to see spot?

The power steering pump is on the top of the motor on the drivers side (at least I think it is, I'm not very familiar with the pre-99 era 3.8s, but there's not that much difference from one year to the other other I think) so I don't think it's power steering fluid you're losing.

its definitely power steering fluid , cause thats the only fluid im losing , i cant really tell if its coming from under the pulley or above it , theirs to much in the way , i know that it should not be coming out of their , it dont make no sense , but it appears as if it is , are the any power steering lines or anything above the pulley that i just cant see?

I'm not entirely sure actually. I know on the 99-04's there aren't, and I'm not sure how different the setup is between a 95 and a 2000.

if they're the same setup (which I'm betting they pretty much are except for the upper intake) then there aren't any lines there. Could you take a picture maybe?

My best guess is if you're absolutely sure it's power steering fluid (as in you lose your power steering from lack of fluid and have to keep putting more in) then it's probably leaking from the pump somewhere or a hole in the line and somehow dripping down to the bottom. I know from experience if it gets on your belt it'll sling it everywhere so that could be a possibility also.

Just keep looking and maybe you'll find something? Who knows, sometimes leaks aren't so obvious though and it takes a lot to find them.

If you can't find anything I suppose I would just take the power steering pump off and see if there's anything obvious there or if any lines go down to that area.

hope I helped.

it could be I suppose, won't know until you look though. It could be a fitting or something maybe. I'm not entirely sure though, if it's all over then who knows where it could be leaking.
