Hi, Im having an issue with my power steering pump, it is leaking from what I assume is the drive shaft or so because all the fluid is coming down from inside the bracket. No leaks from any of the hoses
I was looking for a new pump but I cant seem to find a new one, only refurbished, from BBB Industries, Cardone, are these any good?
Found one on LMR but its pretty expensive and its generic, not a lot of good reviews..
On Amazon I found "Motorcraft" but the reviews are'nt good, mostly that they are refurbished while being advertised as new.
I also considered buying the repair kit, because I believe that the pump is not damaged, is not whining and when I refill the fluid the steering wheel is smooth, so maybe that will do the trick? (I havent been able to remove the pulley since no one here seems to have the extractor to do it)
I dont live in the US so if the pump goes bad or doesnt work I cannot return it for a refund so I want to be 1000% sure what has worked and want to hear advice about it, thank you!
