when i go over bumps there is a thunking sound/ feeling coming from the drivers side floorboard down by my feet. almost like the tranny is hitting against the side of the tranny tunnel, but i checked my tranny mount and it looks to be ok. im stumped......help!
Transmission crossmember bushings worn/bolts loose? Floorboard metal is cracked around where the seat track mounts? Exhaust striking the transmission crossmember or underbody? Worn motor mounts and/or transmission mount allowing too much drivetrain movement? Just a few ideas.
