Stripped wires on wiring harness

My tire exploded today on the highway.it blew out so hard that it stripped some wires on the wiring harness.car runs fine but the only brake light working is the one on the center of trunk,power seats don’t work,hazard and turn signals don’t work fuses look ok .tried reconnecting wires but nothing happened.no owner manual.cant find a diagram
