Does anyone know of a manufacturer that produces a taller strut tower brace for the 94/95 stangs? With an aftermarket intake and 1" phelonic spacer the stock one will never work, but I would really like to retain a brace.

i just put in a BBK strut tower brace on over the weekend. It doesn't go over the intake, it goes in front, i think you wouldn't have a problem with getting one of those. most aftermarket ones are like that

I have the Edelbrock RPM with 3/8" spacer. I had to get a STB for a 351 from Max Motorsport to clear the intake etc. Check them out

I actually have a Kenny Brown STB I used with the aftermarket intake. I had to replace it with a 351w specific STB to clear the even taller 351w. My old STB is for sale, if you're interested let me know.

I notice a difference when removed, but mainly at the point when making tight turns on a rough road surface. At those times, the front gives me a wollowing feeling, which is present with the STB installed. I get more of a go-cart feeling, without the front or back feeling like it wants to break away with the bumps. I have a vert, so this may not apply to hardtops.
