Welcome to the boards!

Good question. It's a group of guys who believe it's better to spend 5 grand and months of work doing every bolt on and ending up with just over 300rwhp, instead of spending 5 grand on a supercharger, doing 12 hours of work, and having over 400. Real nice group of guys.

The things at the end of their posts are their "signatures" you can go to your USER CP and "edit signature" in there to make your own

Tell us what kind of car you have and mods

Welcome to the forums

And as killgore said the 4.6L Tech section is only for technical disctussions, dont post in here or it will get moved or closed. If you want to make random chat like this, go under the 4.6L Talk section.

get rid of those junk springs, you'll end up killing youself with them

when you choose a gear swap be sure to correct the speedo with a Speedcal.

Don't worry about the upper control arms, and choose MM lowers

those springs really that bad? the car isn't a daily driver. i put about 2,500-3,000 miles on it per year. i haven't had those springs installed yet. their still sitting in my garage. i have a diablosport predator, so i won't need to worry w/the speedcal.

You've got a timing adjuster and a performance tune? Isn't that asking for trouble?

That pretty much sucks. I just got those springs.
The timing adjust is set at 15*. I installed the performance tune from the predator, but didn't adjust the timing any further other than what their performance tune does. I've always run 93 octane and Turbo 108 octane boost in every tank. I just installed the performance tune last week and have had the car out a few times and I haven't been able to get it to ping yet. That's also another reason why I want to get it to a dyno to make sure it's not too much timing and to get the air/fuel ratio set.

2" springs are just for show, they totally distort the front roll center turning it in to a V shape which you can not correct no matter what you do
