Stupid vacuum lines!!

Well, I finally got some time to work on the stang to day and I actually got the heater box and the blower motor box in!!

I ran into one problem (of course), I can't figure out where the vacuum lines for the switch on the control panel go! I have what seems like about 5 hoses coming off of the switch and two from the firewall. I have 4 vacuum operated units and one switch with two ports on it. One of the hoses 'Ts' into two.

Can anyone possibly tell me which ones go where. I tried hooking them up and running through the switch sucking on what I thought was the supplied vacuum line.. I can' figure it out, ya'lls help will be greatly appreciated!
