So I've been having a problem with my amp that just started last night. I'm not sure how you all are with these sorts of things, but if I've leaned anything about this forum, someone will come through.
So I have a 400w, dual channel amp powering 2 10" subs. They were installed about 2 months ago and I've never had a problem with them until last night.
Last night, I noticed that they weren't kicking on as I was leaving work. So I did some investigating. When I first turn the key "on" the amp powers up and the light comes on. Now, if the volume is turned down everything works as it should. When I turn the volume up, as the bass starts kick the amp will turn off. The fuse is/was not blown. I checked my ground to make sure it was grounding well. And before I get too far into this I wanted to see what you guys had to say.
