Summit brand Timing Chain?

Billet steel, 9-way adjustable gear, includes thrust plate?! What's the catch, they're made out of recycled pop cans? Are these any good?

I see the FMS B302 requires a ~$42 steel thrust plate (not included) which puts the B302 at truly $113. Seems the Rollmaster will be about the same, maybe more.

Second question: As an alternative, is it possible to buy a multi-index gear for the stock timing chain? I haven't been able to find one.

The biggest issue is quality when you look into the billet sets is the chain quality. The Rollmasters come with a very good chain, the Trick Flows also use a good DID chain but it is only adj 3 ways, which normally is plenty fine.... The Trick Flows and I would assume the Summits as well are SA units. Haven't had an issue with them, most use a bronze spacer or a thrust washer. The FS steel plate is a nice piece.
