Supercharging a 2000 GT

Will a roots type eaton charger off a 2003 cobra work on a 2000gt if all the computer and harness is used

Simple answer is no, there are way to many things you would have to change.

I would look at a KB or the Mongoose Kit from Modular Power House. I have the mongoose kit and love it.

No it wont work. if you could get it to work it woul;d cost you way more than buying a KB!

Yea I would say look into the mongoose kit or if you could find a whole motor from a cobra you could just swap it in.

I say piece together your own kit

vortech tuner kit 2500
42lb injectors 325
Lmaf 100
jms sct chip 250
svt focus fp 90
afm powerpipe 250

For a nice little kit you need to dyno tune anyway.

For 450 more I could put a nice intercooler kit on there too.
so for 3965 you have a nice intercooled system and see over 400 rwhp.

i wouldnt think the lower manifold off of a 4-valve would work on a 2-valve. ive thought about it plenty. If you REALLY REALLY want to whine Saleen i think would be the best rought.

The vortech tuner kit is 2200-2300 on superchargers4less.com

this thread comes up quite often, and the simple answer is NO you cant put a Cobra S/C on a 2V with out it costing too much money..........
