Yep, the Supershaker is in. My thanks to the crew of BBR, (Blow By Racing) and Chris for the tunning.

Tunning was a good safe tune, and when I get a smaller pulley, I'll go for some more power. As she stands, she is sitting at 420/410 and a very safe A/F ratio

With the Bap on, it made the tune safer, also with humidity, the heat soak, and the fact we had still air going(no fans for da shaker !!!) ...going for a Max power output was not going to result in huge numbers. I will say this, she sure hell picks up's hard as hell, so we will see what she can do where it really counts...The track.

My hat off to Brenspeed as well. Their Tunable Induction CIA tune netted me a 292 rwhp pull ! Chris said it was bit off {sractch lean..lets just say off a bit..} for S. Fla and with a correction, it may had gotten to 300 ! So cuddo's to Brenspeed. BTW the CDC Shaker, and TI CIA are for sale

Now for some pics....

Anyway, this is how she started out. The CDC shaker and the TI CIA.

The Shaker is in...in the raw form.

Throttle on

The Shaker assembly

Heat exchanger going on

Completed

Side

Hood closed.

Ready to Dyno !!

Heh, the thing is she still looks the same Cept for the Supershaker on the side now

Video ! Chris making one of the pulls.

Graph

I have taking her out and man...she pulls hard now. Have to say I am pretty happy I used a AEM wideband A/F that is in my AC vent on the left. I'll get a pic..the one I took did not come out ? Meh...

Again my thanks to the crew at Blow By Racing. Have to say, it was a bang up job

Congrats!!! This is on my list for my Saleen sc gt. Curious how a heavy rain on the interstate at 70 is kept out by the fabric the filter is in. Report back if you don't mind.

Based on the sticker on the front of the pulley, is that the standard 4.0" pulley?

Also, what sensor is that on the top of the blower housing (pic without shaker mounted)

Here is another pic of the Assembly.

1. The rain comes in, but is deflected down into a chamber towards the front. It then drains out through the two hoses up front, and down past the engine. Also that red you see is like a screen that help deflects rain, and debre but let air pass through. The filter is a KN high flow one.

2. Yes, the pulley is a 4.0...I thought I was to get the 3.6...or 3.8....but at the price I got the kit for, I can live with doing a pulley upgrade later.

3. That's part of the MAF setup. Since its a Ram air setup, it help gauge the air coming in and adjusts. Its a cool setup. But at the same time, makes tuning a bit trickier.

Very nice! I love that look! Had I not gone for the cowl hood, I was going to get a Shaker hood

I love the supershaker. If I didn't have my darn strut tower brace, I'd have the shaker hood already. In fact I might be willing to ditch the STB for the Shaker. I don't think the STB makes that much of a difference, but it's pretty beefy brace.

Anyways, congrats on the finished product. I am envious.

Wolf, any idea of that CDC trim ring on the bottom of the hood is available separately somehow? I have the super shaker, but not having the CDC one before it, my trim around the hole is not nearly as nice. I didn't even bother putting the hood blanket back on, lol.

That graph really makes me want one. I dunno if I would up the boost on it any, those are awesome power numbers and you can do a lot to up the power without a pulley swap (though the pulley swap is the cheapest). I'd just start to worry about durability, since my car is my DD.

Turned out awesome though, looks great man. Would it be possible to use your old shaker top? Might make it a bit of a sleeper.

Hey guys thanks for the compliments

Lets see...The CDC trim is separated from it, but it does not fit where the Supershaker upper is at. I could have modified it a bit, but I had plan on selling it, which I already have a buyer now

What I did is gone to Home Depot and pick up a trim piece like for a window. I am now cutting it down a bit, and I will use it on the inside of the hood. I did put my hood blanket back up, but I trimmed it as well to keep it neat.

When I finish, I'll take a pic.

The Saleen emblems on the side can actually come off. They are badges, and it appears they have a double side tape applied to them or glue perhaps. In truth most people do not even realize what it is..they think I am trying to do a mach clone or something...or its fake

The old shaker cannot be used. It is like a one piece deal that have the mustang emblems on them. If you were to cut it down, there would still be a issue of having the throttle body fit. The saleen piece actually connects to the throttle body, as the CDC goes over the top of it.

The car does drives nice and hard now. A lot of torque. I will probably leave that pulley for now...like you said, I am not trying to go much further because I do not want other parts to start breaking. Already the tires are spinning even if I pinch it from second or third....

Well.....it could happen..Just the last time I put on longtubes it was a disaster..I still have nightmares fitting my Jet Hot's on my 97 when I did the ATI Procharger on it.
