Suspension problems?

Lately, I've felt more uncomfortable about driving my mustang on the freeway. It feels very squirly, quite a bit more than the average from all the ruts in the road.
Could this be a sign the shocks are giving out, or is this struts?
It feels like the steering is a little loose, wants to pull me towards the ruts.

When my car was acting like that, a change of tie rods and ball joints fixed it right up. You might want to check those.
