Can some answer me a question.

Kinda noobish but I can't remember.

Is the intake a on a 99-01 Cobra aluminum or plastic.

So out of curiousity, if you drive a GT why are you inquirubg about a 99 Cobra intake since it wont fit a GT?

Just a discussion on another board on whether a plastic intake (that is on a GT) can handle being in a F/I without shattering. The topic started with an inquiry about the 99-00 Cobra fix that was released years ago. Long story and stupid argument.

He basically stated that it was plastic, I was very sure it was aluminum...

Sounds like someone doesnt know what they are talking about. Show him this if he doesnt believe it. I have changed enough 99-01 intakes to know.

i hate retards.

oh and the 99 and 00 cobra intakes were 100% different.

well considering that the only 00 cobra intake was the cobra R intake on a 5.4 engine, then yes you're right

shoosh, and technically there were 100 cobras shipped to australia...so you do have to kinda specify which 00 intake you're talking about
