Swapping PATS

I'mswapping out the stock 2V 4.6L from my 2000 GT for a 2001 4V DOHC Cobra engine. Do I need to swap out all the PATS stuff when I swap computers? I am also replacing the gauges for the 2001 Cobra gauges. If so, what is left to replace? Do I need to use the keys from the Cobra also?

have the pats disabled. easiest thing to do.
