Does anyone know if the seats from a mark 7 will fit in my 91 gt and if not is their any other that will work.

I don't see why not, just bolt the new seat to your seat tracks if it doesn't.
Most stangers replace their seats with '94 and up Mustang GT seats. Best bang for the buck.
