is it okay to swap the heads off my old motor (ran good), onto another motor w/113k mi (ran excellent) without sending the block or heads off to the machine shop?
Sure, check for obvious signs like burnt/cracked valves and it may be a good idea to replace the stem seals, but that's my shade tree experience, and yes I actually have a shade tree that I work under, complete with the tree branch cable to hoist and hang things.
