Recently bought a MM panhard bar and haven't installed it yet. I received my eibach sway bars today and was wondering if they will fit together on the car. My dad says they won't or that they both aren't necessary. He only has panhard bar with MM grip package on his 91 fox no rear sway bar. But I want the maximum grip performance I can get so I'm hoping they will both be able to fit correctly!!

they should fit together nicely, the sway bar fits under the rear axle, and the panhard bar fits behind the rear axle. you may have an issue with the exhaust though.

They do not serve the same purpose. A panhard bar is axle placement side to side. An anti sway bar is for axle side rotation - aka roll. As for fit, I do not know, but both are good things, just different.

Well I know they're different and what their purpose is. I guess I was just wondering if there would be a clearance issue..

that is where the problem is going to be, and the interference is going to be with the panhard bar.

I figured the stock would cause no clearance problems...lol. What exhaust would u recommend? I want some slp loudmouths.. Do they make those in a "dump" type exhaust?? Or can I just get any cut off exhaust to fix the clearance issue?

i am not sure what exhaust to recommend. your best bet would be to take the car to an exhaust shop after you have installed the parts you are going to install, and have them build you a custom exhaust system. let them get the car up on the rack and give you an idea of what they recommend you have done.

i have seen some of those exhaust guys work miracles and run exhaust systems where you would think they would fit. sometimes its as simple as a little bend here and a bit of a tweak there, and the system fits like a glove. other times its, we dump the exhaust in front of the rear tires, and use these mufflers to keep the noise down.

Then why did you write your dad does not think they were both necessary if you already knew that and did not want the answer? I suppose you could run leaf springs only and enjoy the body roll. (Whee!) But if you want awesome handling like I think you do, use both and make the exhaust fit.

My question was wether or not they would both fit under my vehicle. I know what they both do. But I didn't know there would be an exhaust clearance issue. I'm just gona run straight headers and piss off my neighbors

You did not ask this either, but the purple formed Foam ear plugs are quite comfortable to wear while running open exhaust.
I have also seen over the ear hearing protectors with built in radio / mp3 plug if you like tunes .
