exactly what is so wrong with 5w 20 oil fr96ss?

Not a thing is wrong with 5W-20 lol. The only thing is after like 60000 or so miles you might want to switch to 5w-30 but thats up to you and how you feel your engine sounds/feels. I dont think it coats as thickly as 5w-30, so hence with higher miliage you might want a better coating oil.

Another vote for Mobil 1 and Motorcraft filter! (on sale at walmart for $18 for the 5 qt. bottle!!)

$18 bucks for 5 quarts? That's a great deal...Time to go to wally-world!
