I don't believe so. The T45 was never offered in a Fox, and the SN+'s have a longer input shaft. You would have to find a bell housing that would make up for this, and I believe they also have an integrated belhousing that can't be removed. Why? It isn't that great of a transmission. Not worth the effort.
