Well I have the engine purring like a biotch, but the f'er won't move. I have some money saved back for this car, and this week I was like "F'ck it I'm dropping the tranny and taking it in." But when I started to drain it, I took of the tranny pan and I realized that the arm for the shift cable had about an inch and I half of play in it so that's why I wasn't grabbing gears. But one day I got the wheels to spin and crap so I don't think the tranny is f'cked. But some one had told me that it might be the torque converter. (it's a TH350, by the way) The daignosis is that when I start it it obviously doesn't go into ANY gear, and the engine is dogging. I was told that if my torque converter is bad then the engine will dogg because it's restricted. But I can take my engine all the way apart and put it back together, but when it comes so tranny work and drivetrain I'm a tard. So anyone got any ideas?
