I always have problems with searching for what I need So if anybody can throw me a good link I would appriciate it..
I just rebuilt the WC-T5 in my 89 GT and everything seemed to be working great. Let the car sit for a couple weeks and now I can't get the trans into any of the lower gears. any input would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks in advance,
Chad

Does it have an aftermarket shifter on it?

UPR Bluethunder shifter, UPR quadrant and firewall adjuster (and adjustable cable) with a Centerforce clutch.

i would check the adjustment on that shifter first. Re-set the shifter stop.

Hopefully that is all it is, maybe the lock vibrated foward or something. If not this thing is getting a C4 cuz I've had it with this T5. I'll let ya know after lunch.

Thanks,
Chad

Had the same issue with mine, I have a Hurst. I had left the shifter stop jam nut off, and the stop creeped up against the shifter handle. Felt pretty dumb after that. Good luck.

Locking bolt fell off causing the adjustment screw to work its way forward..problem fixed with a new nut and some Loctite.
