Tach adapter

Its a tach adaptor, will this make the instal of my RPM tach possible??
anyone know about this.and how does it work ?

The 99+ GT have digital instruments as opposed to the analog 98 and before's do. you have to get a tach adapter to run an aftermkt tach.
