Tail lights flash when I turn signals are on

I have a 1965 mustang coupe I have changed the headlight harness, the headlight switch, and replaced the bulbs in the tail lights. When I turn on my turn signals both tail lights blink at the same time as if I turned the hazards on. The other issue I'm having is that my instrument bezel doesn't light up when I turn my parking lights all of the bulbs are good. what do I need to check next any info will help
