Intel I had mine filled and painted I did the same thing. got mine from home depot. I don't remember the size plugs I used but I do remember it was 2 different sizes for my car (2002 GT). I also used a little silicone on the back side to make sure they did not leak.

01-04 uses two 5/16" and two 3/8".

Heres my thread where I painted the nylon plugs. Its only temporary till I get it done professionally.

So the 99 and 2000 plugs will be different sizes? I am thinking about either taking off the spoiler on my vert or moving it back, anyways I would want to throw some plugs on there so the trunklid doesnt leak at all.

On my 2000 there was 3 holes on each side when I took off the spoiler. 2 were for the mounting bolts/nuts and the one was for the alignment dowel or whatever you want to call it. So if you move it back, you can use the alignment hole for the 1 bolt and only drill 1 new hole. Hope that makes sense.......BUT if you get plugs, you will need 6 plugs, not 4 like the 01+ CARS

TO be honest I forget. I might still have the plugs in my tool box, I will have to check. Pretty sure I through them out. But I will check. I almost want to say its the two sizes that were mentioned and I forget what the dowel or allignment hole is
