What's with all of the overpriced '96-'98 Cobra's being sold here in Canada? Do these people have no concept of what their vehicle is actually worth?
Found a really clean Laser Red '98 in the local Auto Trader and the guy wants $23,000 for it?!?

.....granted, it's a beautiful car and has only got about 4,500km on it but even still. The cars worth no where near that much. Especially when you consider you can take a trip across the border and pick up the same car, in the same condition for about $10,000-$12,000. I've even seen them hovering around $8,000 for ones with a little bit of mileage on them?!?
I'd hate to have to do that since I really don’t want to go through the hassle of traveling to the US, finding a decent Cobra, then converting the speedometer, adding a daytime running light module and bilingual stickers to the car in order to bring it over here to Canada....not to mention I don't like the idea of circulating my hard earned money outside of the Canadian economy, but these daydreamers here in Eastern Canada that think their Mustangs are made of solid gold leave me little choice.
Every '96-'98 I've come across start in the $15,000+ range for your average driver and in and around the $20,000 range for ones that have been babied!
Is this mostly an Ontario thing, or are all Eastern Provinces filled with these delusional people?
