what is the size of your average 5.0 gas tank i have a 90 notch just wanting to do some pg calculations thanks.

15.4 gallons i do believe?

You will want to use miles driven and gallons added for your mpg calculations. Using the tank capacity is useless unless you actually empty the tank each time.



The capacity is 15.4gallon on almost all 5.0s.
I think there were a couple that were listed at 15.2 or something though?

It was 15.2 in early Foxs then became 15.4 and then later 15.7 in some of the later SN95's.

Same damn tank if you ask me
