all it does is retard timing and cylinder spark when it detects the rears are spinning faster than the speed of the car. it has NO effect on mileage whatsoever, unless you do burnouts at every light and this stops you from doing that.

weve yet to invent the MCS(Mileage Control Switch), but a piece of wood behind the gas pedal to only be able to hit 1/2 throttle is a cheap DIY job, if you really give a **** about mileage.

Not all Gt's have the traction control...I know on the 99-00's...not all have it. Usually the less optioned Gt's...

I didn't have TCS on my 00 GT...
