are these seals a dealer only item ? I cant seem to find em anywhere else.I went to the dealer, and the guy at the parts desk told me that I needed 2 different sizes (one of each) so thats what I got,but both lines are the same size,am I supposed to use the bigger or the smaller of the two?

The telflon seals have to be expanded in order to install. Put in a pan of hot water. Use the tappered end of a socket extension (or anything with a taper) to expand the seal (to make it large enough to go over the nut).

The seal will contract when it cools.

I honestly didn't know there were multiple sizes of power steering fittings.

It is possible to use standard O-rings but they will not have the same service life as the telflon ones. The telflon seals from the dealer are not really all that expensive (other than the PIA factor).
