Hard to say. Condition of the interior is usually the best indicator of mileage. If the seat bolstering is all smooshed and everything is beat up in general, then it's probably higher mileage. Paint doesn't tell you squat, because if it was kept outside, it's going to look like crap regardless. Like someone else was saying, hit that with some rubbing compound, and keep it waxed, and it will probably still look pretty decent for a while. The roll bar and console hacking would make me a bit nervous. Any underhood shots? With 28K, it should look pretty much undisturbed; should have that little boot over the dizzy, factory plug wires, etc.

I doubt that statement.2 weeks ago I bought an 89 LX 5.0 5 speed with everything but sunroof and it all works.I bought it from the original owner,a woman.I've been detailing it for 2 weeks, the condition is amazing. It was garage kept for its 18 years and only driven 8K miles since 96.It has 73K and I paid $5100.00 LOVE IT!

HE CALLLEEDDD!!

ok so he is selling the stang for his friend, i think he is also storing it.
hes a very kind person and a massage therapist

SO the owner is real big with mustangs. Hes owned a few shelbys but has decided the fox would be his last because he is getting to old for the shelbys.

YES KIDS this is original miles!! 28k!!!!! WTFERMFGZZ!! (best day of my life)

All it needs is new tires..

I also got his mechanics number so i can speak with him about its works.

Im going to call him 2morro then call the owner and possibly look at the car 2morro!

Maybe there really is a god..
