Temporary TOB fix?

Sellin the car...have a few people looking at it this weekend but the new tob makes the cricket sound kind of loud and i dont want to scare away and buyers....any way to just keep this quiet for a while?


if not....anyone looking to trade their aod for my 5-spd trans?

hold the clutch down a little bit when u test drive it? but when they do... just say it's the common tob?

Dont be a cheesehead. Tell them the truth if they ask about the noise. Fixing a TOB is not a big deal or hugh expense. They will have a lot more respect for you if you do.

Agreed. The last thing you want is somebody coming back to you after they bought you're car, and telling you to come outside as they caress a bat in their left hand
