I found an 03-04 cobra hood real cheap by me and I was wondering if anyone knows how it lines up on a 97 gt. I really like the hood but was a little afraid to try it with out some research. from the few measurements I did, it looks like it could fit. Any Ideas?

You do know 99-04's are a different body style right? Even on 99+'s they wont fit quite right without a cobra pumper

I know they are completely different. I was just wondering if anyone had done it or has seen it done. I did not want to make my car the first guinea pig.

I think it could look really good if it was done cleanly.

They make that same style heat extractor hood for 96-98's aftermarket. An 03 hood wont fit on your car.

R U SRS? Sorry, my bad. Really, thought you were just messing around as the difference between the two is quite large. I had thought alot about getting the one made for the Aero cars when I had my 96 Cobra. I really like the design. I figured that since you really liked it you would Googled the Termi hood on a 94-98 cause it has links for Cervini, LMR and I think Mr.Body Kit
They are a nice looking hood and Cervinis fit and finish is first rate Its $550 though

I knew the two cars are worlds apart. I was trying to find a cheap way out and wondered if anyone tried. Looks like it is time to start saving.

My beef is it doesn't provide any extra clearance for "fun" stuff. Otherwise i'd consider it for the future.

Yeah, if anything there is less room. I started looking at the KB S/C and discovered it wouldnt of fit with that hood

They all fit under the stock terminator hood due to the lower profile lower intake on the DOHC engine.
