Yea, I think this is pretty basic; but, how do I test the pressure? I have a vacuum gauge/pressure gauge. Do I simply attach the gauge to the fuel line and turn on the key (electric pump in tank)? I don't know if the electric pump builds pressure with the key in the "on" position.

Otherwise, what's the procedure?

Thanks in advance!

My vacumm guage came with a vacumm T with barbed ends for fuel pressure testings....Make sure your testing after the pump. Place one end in, one end towards the carb and the other towards the guage. When i did my testing, I ran the car, only because i had to adjust my pressure regulator. With an electric pump with the key on, im not 100% sure the pump is at full pressure or just priming for the engine. I would run the car for the most accurate reading. Make sure you use hose clamps as well, the lines can blow off the barb. Good luck
