I Have Power To The Fuel Pump Relay When I Jump It The Pump Pumps I Had Bought A New Relay Is It Possible The Relay Is Defective I Also Have Power To Both The Black And Red And Black Wires To The Inertia Switch At All Times? Is This Correct Also How Much Fuel Must Be In The Tank For Pump To Operayte Ty

You should have switched power at the wires on the inertia switch, not constant.
-the red and red and black.
