It means one of two things

1. They don't get their cars together to race in time.
2. The "10 second combo" they assembled only runs 12's!!!

Not true. I go back on duty Friday. Demolition certification, shotgun range, and react to indirect fire. Then another army school and two more weekend bs's to go to until I leave for 3 months of pre-deployment training
