Heck, I'd even be happy if Ford started putting the Coyote in more vehicles.

Would be nice if ford gave us an honest V8 sedan these days.

I love my taurus but I'd love it more with a little growl under the hood...oh and not FWD

I've been saying for years Lincoln needs a halo car built with rwd and the engine out of the gt500.
Enthusiast pretty much ignore Lincoln like they don't even exist.

Yup. Lincoln needs to be to ford, what Infiniti is to Nissan. Very little badge engineering, with an emphasis on sport luxury.

They really need a RWD coupe or sedan. 5.0 engine, 6 spd, sunroof, 500HP.

Glad to see they are at least considering a 2.7 TT in the mkz making 400HP. Too bad it's fwd-biased AWD

They need a Mark 9

Ford gave him a gt350r, while it sounds like they were being generous, I bet all they really wanted was the car back so they could examine what went wrong before they all start burning to the ground.

They cut him a check for $72k, the cost of the car and all the mods he had done. He did turn around and order a R, but he had to pay some of the cost difference.

I have met the guy a half dozen times, but don't really know him, but my father n law knows him fairly well. He has a history in fun ford and nmra. He was the 1st coyote stock champion. I honestly don't think you or I would have the same luck with Ford. Lol.

Don't know, very lucky. I google searched it and found a pretty interesting write up, kind of a play by play. I also found a few post by him about it, I think one was on the svt forum.
