Just got some new tires for it today at Les Schwab's. I also got some old Jeep aluminum wheels that are a bit oxidized to say the least... They were cheap though. This way I can swap the studded tires by myself come winter. Wondering if I should paint the wheels black or try to polish them back to acceptable looks?

It is a manual 5 spd. The automatic is more popular but since I don't need to tow anything major I'd figure its ok. Get a little better mileage and the weight is less. On the way back we stopped at a weigh station and it weighed in at 3450 with me in it. Wish my Cobra was that light... Has a slight overheating problem, going to replace the radiator rather than flush it. I dont think the fluid has been changed for ten years. Probably all corroded in there so just do it now and get it over with. Radiators are pretty cheap for these things. Other little things are replacing some busted tail lights and reflectors and I bought a new front bumper for $50. Just for cosmetics. It will be a good winter beater and snow play day rig... :flag:

nice ride Jordan. It will be a lot better than driving the cobra on nasty days, and you can keep your mileage down too. In the long run more pulls at the racetrack. If you wanna go try the jeep on some trails let me know, i have a 2003 rubicon and am always looking for an excuse to play.

Fast99 and Jordan

If you guys ever want to go play in the woods just let me know. I am up pretty much every weekend playing on the trails. I know how well the rubicon can do out on the trails. I have a 94 toyota, sas, 37s, locked with dual cases. I should be able to keep up with the Rubi. :D
