Looks like one just sold on eBay with manual. Maybe ask seller if he can send you some pics of the manual before sending it out to the buyer? (If they haven’t already)



Looking at it trying to study how it would work, it looks like a breakout box of sorts. Vacuum and vent should operate the servo to move it in and out. The other pins im a bit stumped on, especially L and R

the box numbers align with wire numvers. So it is more of a breakout box.

There’s probably a series of continuity/voltage checks to ground to test proper signal and operation.

If you go to the wiring diagram thread, you can pull up the diagram for your year and then do sanity checks. For instance wire 151 to 57 would be the steering wheel controls to ground. So if you set your meter to resistance and probe those two spots, you should get different resistance values based on what switch you press in the diagram.


Edit: this one is for 1993, you’ll need to look at the year that matches yours.

That's exactly what it is, how it works, Annnnd, I'm the guy that just bought that unit to get the book. LOL
