The smell was BAD

I`m one of those guys that can get away without wearing deodorant and you`d never know, I just dont have much of a smell.....but I guarentee you I smelled that morning, as bad as any body odor I ever smelled.

My new respirator is on order, along with a full face clear mask for grinding.

I learned my lesson.

couple tips for anyone that gets a sinus infection like this after cleaning rust, dirt or painting;

1: get some nasal saline and use a lot of it to flush your nose and sinuses out after you get done cleaning or whatever, this will help to prevent the sinus infection and blow your nose a lot and keep flushing with the saline until you're not getting any colored snot when you blow your nose.


2: if you do get a sinus infection get some Afrin nasal spray, i sue the sever congestion formula, to help keep your sinuses open and clear

3: drink lot's of water and gatorade or even pedialyte because the fever will dehydrate you bad.

do a google search for home nasal irrigation. It will give you the ratio of salt to water. You can mix it up at home and do it yourself.

Definantly works when you have a sinus infection growing.
