I deleted all the smog stuff all at one time. I bent shut the recirculation fitting on my prochamber, and removed all related smog pump hoses. I then capped all appropriate vacuum lines involved with the system (using nipples available at the local auto parts store, and golf T's in the fender mounted vacuum tree). The EGR port on the side of the intake was plugged with an eight cent freeze plug from autozone. The fitting on my header was plugged with an expanding bolt and some RTV, so that is may be removed at a later time for emissions.

The metal tube from the headers to intake is capped off on both ends. The air tube going from the smog stuff to H pipe is plugged up. I also plan on removing the rest of the smog crap on pass side of motor and capping the heads once I remove the air tube. With the header tube to EGR capped off I have no issues.

I'm running BBK, so I only had to cap the EGR end. EGR is in place as well as the rest of my smog because I don't know where I'll move in 4 years...?? Might be a smog testing test.
