were there any belt rubbing issues? if so, how'd you fix the problem? i heard an overdrive power steering pump pulley would fix it, but i can't seem to find one
the tensioner pushing down too much and hitting the waterpump belt i believe. it retains the smog and moves down the alternator so maybe the alternator hitting the water pump.
The idler pulley sound about right just get the next smaller sized belt to pervent the tentioner from maxing out and pushing the belt down to the water pulley.
Also double then triple check and make shure you have the belt routed right.
