nothing to the intake, but I have heard people doing a lil P&P on the TB and plenum. Not sure of the gains, but I'm sure it would be better then stock.

I noticed you're putting down 230 with only a CAI and a cat back. Those are GREAT numbers, you have a dyno sheet?

You could P&P them, but if you are going to go to the trouble of putting on a different intake, you may as well look for a PI intake instead.
MD has a write up of a P&P plenum and TB, on a PI engine, but they only gained 3hp.
Say, did you Dyno your car, or are you just guessing at HP figures with your mods?

don't port the TB, you can port the plenum where the elbow goes down. if you look at it it's more like a corner of a wall and it should be like a curve

You can clean it (the plenum) up with a dremel and add a spacer...
I spent way too long PnPing my 02's old plenum-and it was a fun exercise, but then I put it on my wife's 01...and, not surprisingly, noticed no gain whatsoever.
Still I don't regret it, but don't expect anything out of it (except a bunch of aluminum dust).
