I am looking to buy a FMS 65mm throttle body. Do I need the EGR spacer or do I need the elbow that hooks up to the manifold? I am confused on which one to get!

You shouldn't need either. Are you using the stock manifold? Then you don't need to buy an elbow. Just take the stock TB off and put on the 65mm. The EGR spacer is for fox cars.

What other mods do you have? Need to link a signature so people can help you better. A 94-95 does not come with a spacer nor do you need it. The 86-93 cars require one.

we have our "elbows" welded into our manifolds already. most aftermarket manifolds are for for the Fox 5.0s. Just remember, we dont need spacers, we need elbows on ALMOST all aftermarket manifolds.

I am using the stock manifold. So I don't need to get the elbow?

No. You'll only need to get an elbow if you plan on changing the manifold.
