Idle issues….again.

I took off my upper and did a light port and polish. Slapped on a 65mm tb, bored out stock egr spacer to match 65 and added bbk cai. Back to high, almost sticky idle. Throttle body stop screw is already as far back as it can go. Tried base idle reset twice. It sure what to do next. Any suggestions?

If screw is back a far as it can go you must have a leak somewhere. Air is getting in that is not going through the TB or IAC. With IAC and SPOUT connector disconnected you should be able to stall the car before throttle stop gets all the way out.

Is this with the throttle cable connected or disconnected? If connected then disconnect it and see if it is holding the throttle open.
