What is this and what are the list of steps you followed?Oh also did the throttle body reset and the gas pedal relearn
You never did say what "the same thing" was/is. You only asked how to clean a throttle body.Car still does the same thing
I’m sorry I posted this on an incorrect thread. My first thread about all this was after about a five minute drive on that highway speed, 65, when I get to the exit ramp, I just kick it out of gear in the engine idle would fall down and die. I could walk it down through the gears and it was fine, but if I just kicked it out of gear in neutral, the RPMs would die and it doesn’t do this any other time other than after of a few minutes on the highway.I don't know what a "motion plate" is.

Finally:
What are your current KOEO and KOER codes?

We got some dudes in here that can work magic but you're making it really hard.
You’re correct. I will check for them when I get home later today. I forget there may be codes even without a check engine lightWe really need codes.
From 1986 through the most recent Ford vehicle ever made: You got to start with codes.
YesAre the ‘motion plates’ those butterfly valves (IMRC if I recall?) like on the 4.6mod motors? I’m thinking of those things on a 98 cobra, because mine were bad when I owned one many years ago.
