I have a holley systemax intake and purchased a 75mm Accufab throttle body on market place. Do u need the EGR delete spacer or can u run it without? Will spacing be an issue or do people run it without?

You need somethere there, because the throttle cable linkage bolts to the spacer. Also, not having a spacer may affect whatever intake setup you need to use due to location of the TB.

You can do something like this if you just need the cable mount

Accufab makes one as well. It's the same thickness as the stock spacer so your intake will line up correct.

If your aren't using the EGR, the delete one is nice. It won't have the coolant hoses on it either. You can either cap the lines, or replace the coolant tube with the "Cobra" style which doesn't have the coolant nipples. It makes it a bit cleaner.

I have the accufab one and it fits nicely. Some of them are real thin and will mess with your intake aligent so pay attention to that. Depending on what you're using for an intake it may or may not matter.
