Got these codes after installing my AFM Vortech S-Trim stg I kit. I've gotten the same codes wether I'm using the stock W4H0 binary or my JMS tune.

511: Electronic Control Assembly (ECA) problem, Read Only Memory test failure.

124: Throttle Position Signal voltage higher than expected. (datalogs show range btwn .98 and 3.9 v???)

332: Insufficient EGR Flow detected.

Right after I installed my blower, MAF, 30's, fmu and PowerPipe I drove the car for about 30 miles. I ran it to 4500 a couple times and had no CEL. On the way to the dyno the light came on and would not go off. I pulled over, shut the car off, and then restarted it. After the restart the light did not come on until after the dyno run on the way home. The light would come on and go off within 3 seconds. It did this about 6 times on the 100 mile trip home. Once I got home my scanner flashed out about 3-4 codes. Instead of trying to figure them out I just cleared the computer and decided to mess with them next time. Well, that was over one year ago and 2,000 miles. The CEL has not come on since.

I attributed the light to the extreme rich condition I had during the initial test runs. At WOT and over 4000rpms my engine was running richer than an 8:1. I figured the O2s possibly got fouled and that was throwing all types of codes under cruising conditions(the light would go out when I gave it throttle).

Disconnect your battery for 10 minutes and then see if you continue to get the same codes. You may get lucky as I did.
