Tick At Idle...

After over revving the motor at the track the car has developed a tick at idle. I missed a shift and although i have a rev limiter im sure it actually rev'd way past that. I have pulled the driver side valve cover rockers it all looks and seems ok, i have ran a bore scope down the cylinder and too looks on. It started on the #8 cyl and is now only on the #4 cyl. I took it to the local dealership and we put exhaust gaskets on it to fix the small leak, but it still has a tick at idle. Its somewhat hard to hear due to the cams but its there and driving me crazy. Any help or ideas would be great!

its hard to tell from a vid. but seeing as you over rev'ed it you could have bent a valve.

The part to me is that the sound has jumped from #8 to #4, I have scoped #8 and all looked fine.
