tilt wheel

Does anyone have a problem with their tilt wheel coming loose? It also can be wiggled up and down during normal driving when lever is tight, had this problem since day one. Dealer just tightened the lever so it was difficult to open and adjust but it eventually loosed back up. I can wiggle it up and down several times and the lever will disengage, kind of scary when you are driving.
How did you fix it?

I tried mine in the first few days I had it just to see it work. Since then I've never moved it and it also has never come loose.

You fix it by taking it back to the dealer. If that doesn't do it, contact Ford. If that doesn't do it, file a complaint with NHTSA. A loose steering wheel is dangerous.
