Timing at 32*

I seen u put on onother forum about fuel pressure. My fuel pressure slowly went up to 32psi. So im leaning towards that right know. I put stock rockers on they are no roller so they just get a torque down.
Even At 32 it would still idle . I had a car once at 10-14 psi with my hand covering half the maf it would run . This is not your issue. As stated we are missing something here . Stock rockers eliminates my bent valves thought

Dang i might be problably off a tooth in the timing chain?
1 tooth technically would have cam advanced or retarded a degree or 2 at most . Again cam timing does not affect ignition timing !

Do a leak down test or a minimum compression test . Make sure nothing seems out of wack to rule it out .

Not the brand, they make a one with a dial on it and can be confusing to use.

Fuel pressure or rocker type/adjustment will not effect timing.
And you are sure the balancer has not spun.
You sure the pointer is the right one?
We are missing something here, it is very difficult to resolve this without putting hands on.
just curious, what computer is in it?
I have a a9p, some pictures of the setup. I know it may not be much but just incase.
